A Telecom Engineer, he started his career as an Asst. Engineer in R&D of ITI.With all round exposure, knowledge of the market and the confidence of doing it on his own, he started Elcomponics with a partly sum of Rs 80,000 in the year 1989 in Allahabad.In his 20yrs journey as an entrepreneur, he has been the main driving force behind the Group, seeing in grow from a turnover of few lacs to about 150Cr as on date. More importantly it was his vision which saw Elcomponics become a pioneer and leader in the wiring harness Industy for Appliance and Electronics.

A commerce graduate with postgraduate management education from IIM-Ahmedabad , he started his career with Elcomponics in the year 1998. After his return, he worked extensively on areas like International sourcing, process & technology up gradation, cost analysis & improvement, Finance & Risk management thus improving competitiveness of the company. He has also contributed substantially towards internal systems improvement (including, deploying ERP system) across the units.

A postgraduate in Arts, she has been a pillar of strength and support for the Elcomponics Group right since its inception in 1989. Having exposure in almost all functional areas right from Accounting and finance to Production, to Human Resource Management she has been the groups think tank on almost all strategic matters. Currently she handles the HR function of the entire group which is about 1000 People strong.
